About Summer Spiti Biking Expedition

Spiti Valley is a remote and stunningly beautiful desert mountain valley located in the Indian state of Himachal Pradesh. Nestled in the Himalayas at an altitude of around 12,500 feet, it is known for its dramatic landscapes, ancient monasteries, and Tibetan Buddhist culture. Often called "Little Tibet," Spiti is sparsely populated and offers a unique mix of rugged terrain, serene villages, and a sense of untouched natural beauty.

Departure from Delhi

We will meet at the boarding point in Delhi -RK Ashram Metro Station/ Kashmiri gate /Majnu ka Tila
Leave from Delhi between 05:00 to 07:30 pm in the evening
Start an overnight journey to Manali and socialize with your co-travelers.
*Please Note: Travelers will be notified regarding exact Trip
Boarding Details before 24 hours before Trip Departure.

1Day

Reach Manali - Transfer to Jibhi

Reach Manali early morning between 8:00 to 9:00 am & Transfer to Jibhi.
Bikers will get their Bikes from Manali & Transfer to biker’s heaven Jibhi.
Enroute we will cross Tirthan.
Visit Jibhi waterfall & Mini Thailand and get some cool photographs.
Reach Jibhi by evening and check into your hotels/Homestay ,freshen-up & Relax.
Later you can do Cafe hopping.

2Day

Move to Sangla from Jibhi

Early morning freshen up & get ready for the day
Have breakfast and leave for Sangla.
Enjoy the scenic view from Jibhi to Sangla.
Reach Sangla & check into the hotel
Dinner & overnight stay in Sangla/Chitkul

3Day

Transfer to Nako via Khab sangam

Wake up in the morning & have your breakfast
Heading towards Chitkul, take a stroll around the village and visit Mathi Temple dedicated to the Goddess of the local people of Kinnaur. Treat your stomach with a satisfying plate of steamy momos or rajma chawal at ‘Hindustan Ka Akhri Dhaba’. What can be more magical than relaxing near the pristine Baspa River? A perfect location in the lap of majestic Himalayas
Later explore the famous Suicide Point for breathtaking views.
Later we will leave for Nako via Khab Sangam (confluence of the Spiti and Sutlej rivers)
Enter Spiti valley through Sumdo Border & visit Nako village.
Reach Nako & Check into your Hotel\Homestay
Dinner & overnight stay in Nako

4Day

Tabo Exploration, move towards Dhankar & pin valley

Early morning freshen up and leave for Kaza.
Visit the Gue Monastery & Tabo Monastery.
Cross the Ka loops en route Kaza.
Visit Dhankar Monastery which was a Capital of Spiti in the past.
Observe the wildlife in Pin Valley.
Reach Kaza, check into your homestay, overnight stay at Kaza.

5Day

Exploration of Hikkim, Komic, Langza & Key Monastry

Early morning freshen up & get ready for the day
Head towards visiting the Highest post office in the world & write to your loved ones.
Next, visit the highest village in Asia – Komic, situated at a height of 4513 m, has a population of 84 people and is cut off from rest of the world for most parts of the year.
Visit Langza, walk back to the prehistoric era when Spiti was submerged by the Tethys Sea, as you explore a land very rich with fossils of Marine animals and plants which were here millions of years ago
Later visit Key Monastery is a world famous center for learning and is an obvious choice for those seeking peace and calm.
Come back to Kaza, Have dinner & Overnight stay at Kaza.

6Day

Chicham Bridge - Kunzum pass - Chandrataal

Wake up in morning & head towards Chandrataal via Chicham bridge.
Drive to the highest suspension bridge in Asia - The Chicham Bridge.
On the way , take a pit stop for snacks at Losar, the last village of Spiti Valley.
Visit Kunzum Pass, surrounded by high-altitude beauty.
Later explore your peaceful time in Chandrataal & & check-in to the camps at Chandrataal/Batal.
Dinner & and stay in tents under the gaze of a million stars and the Milky Way Galaxy.

7Day

Chandrataal to Manali & Depart for Delhi

Enjoy the serene morning at Chandratal/Batal & have breakfast, Check-out from the Camp & get ready for the day
Depart for Manali & witnessing the changing landscapes.
Reach Manali & board the bus Manali to Delhi
Overnight journey to Delhi.

Arrival in Delhi with tons of memories

Early morning arrive in Delhi by 7:00am - 9:00am with memories of a lifetime.
Say good bye to your co travelers.
*Travellers residing outside Delhi: You are suggested to book
trains/flights reaching Delhi not later than 3:00 PM on the trip
start date. Similarly, on the trip end date, it is advised to book
returning trains/flights from Delhi leaving post 12:00 PM.

Had a recent trip with trip on trail and believe me it was one of my best trip. The trip to Manali - Kasol - Kheerganga was very well executed and we had too much fun during the trip. I believe everyone should try this underrated company as they didn’t get many reviews till yet but they have a great potential to become a large company soon.
